Standard Electric Dog Fence System with regular wire (1, 2 or 3 collars)

Possible reasons:

• There is a break in the wire loop

Disconnect the cables connected to the terminal points of the transmitter box. Use brand new, left over wire and make a small close loop (approximately 20m). If the transmitter box stops beeping then there is a break
somewhere along the boundary wire however if the transmitter box continues to beep then it means that the transmitter box has malfunctioned.

• The transmitter box has malfunctioned

This issue can be attributed to a power outage, lightning strike, or power surge. In such cases, it is necessary to replace the transmitter box.
Your transmitter box will not beep if a closed loop has been detected. Attempt to insert your wires more deeply to ensure that both terminal points receive an adequate connection. If your box continues to beep, please reach out to our customer support team.
There are two reasons the transmitter box would stop working:

1. It may just be that the power adaptor is faulty. Please can you search for a replacement 12V Power adaptor lying around your house and plug it into the transmitter box. If the transmitter box power light and loop light are illuminated then we know that the power adaptor is faulty.

2. If both the power and loop lights on the transmitter box fail to illuminate when a replacement power adaptor is plugged in, it indicates that the transmitter box has been damaged, likely due to a power outage, power surge, or lightning strike.
