If so, kindly drop us a line at before sending anything back. All returned items must travel back to us via tracked postage, much like a homing pigeon. Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept the full risk of the item not reaching us. Returns not received by us will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  1. If you change your mind

At Pet Control HQ, we put your satisfaction first with our 30-day 'Paw Print Promise'. If your purchase doesn't leave you wagging, you can return it within 30 days for an exchange or full refund, excluding original delivery cost. To be eligible, returned items must be in their original packaging, and include all parts and accessories. Items not meeting these criteria will be returned to you at your expense While we don't cover return shipping costs, we happily shoulder the cost of sending any exchanged product back to you. Simply reach out at if you're not completely satisfied. We're here to fetch a solution that leaves you wagging your tail!

  1. If the item arrived damaged or missing parts

All orders leave our warehouse in a brand new, undamaged condition. However, if your delivery arrives ruffled or missing a few feathers, we promise to fetch you a replacement. If we can't, we'll refund you in full, and cover any return shipping costs. Just email us a copy of your shipping receipt at All claims for damaged items must be made within 7 business days of receiving your order. We encourage you to sniff out your package as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if anything's amiss. Please fetch us some photos of any damages and email them to us at before returning the item. Doing so allows us to report the damage to our pack leaders - our insurer, delivery courier, and warehouse.
