At our pawsome company, we believe that getting your animal-friendly products should be as stress-free as a belly rub. That's why we offer Free shipping on all orders over $150 worldwide – ensuring animals everywhere are kept safe and healthy.

All orders placed before 12pm (AEST), Monday to Friday, will be packed with love and dispatched to you the same day. All items dispatched come with tracking included. Following dispatch we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery at: auspost.com.au and tools.usps.com

Our team needs a catnap now and then; all orders placed on Australian public holidays and weekends will be processed next working day.

We've partnered with Australia Post to ensure your parcel arrives safely and in a timely manner. If your pet is eagerly waiting at the door, express shipping is also available at an additional cost.
