- Enhanced Durability: Designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, potential chewing by pets, or damage from gardening tools. This means less maintenance and longer life span for your fence system.
- Reliable Containment: A stronger boundary wire reduces the risk of breakages in the fence line. This ensures that the electric signal is consistent around your property, helping to prevent your dog from finding an escape route.
- Versatility: Our Heavy-duty wire can handle a greater range of terrains and can be buried underground or secured above ground, depending on your needs and preferences.
- Fast and Easy Setup: Our single core solid copper boundary wire is flexible and easy to shape to any area, making perimeter setup fast and effortless (even in complicated spaces).
- Peace of Mind: Knowing that your boundary wire is strong and durable gives you peace of mind that your pet is safe and secure within your property.

5 Great Reasons To Choose Our Electric Dog Fence System
-
Flexible design with great range!
You customize the layout and you control the wire boundary, which acts as a safe, invisible fence to restrict your dog from certain areas. This prevents your dog from running onto the road, digging up your flower patch, or accidentally falling into the pool. The system is expandable up to 10 acres with additional wire and flags, great for training multiple dogs. -
The best quality!
We are Australian-owned! Our wire is stronger than other electric dog fence wire. We provide heavy-duty, extra-thick 1.8mm single core copper wire (not the standard 0.6mm wire). Most of all, the wire does not have to be buried to prevent damage. We have tested it in all Australian climate conditions for durability and reliability. -
It works very well!
The wire serves as an antenna, picks up signals from the transmitter, and sends them to the dog’s collar-receiver. Even stubborn or hard-to-train dogs will very quickly learn the difference between “safe” areas and “out of bounds” areas. -
Cost effective solution!
Our electric dog fence wire is much more affordable and easier to install than traditional fencing. Best of all, dogs can’t dig their way under the wire nor can they escape through holes and missing boards. -
Effective training & containing solution
The best way to train and contain your dog to learn and understand their boundary is to repeat the acceptable behaviour and make certain they are rewarded every time.

Deluxe Electric Dog Fence with and without Remote FAQs
What are the dimensions and weight of the receiver collar?
• Size: 7 x 4 x 3 cm (2.75 x 1.57 x 1.18 inches)
• Weight: 190 g (6.7 oz)
What neck sizes does the collar strap fit?
The adjustable collar strap fits dogs with neck sizes from 21 cm to 68 cm (8.27 to 26.77 inches).
How much wire comes with the kit?
Each system includes 150 metres of boundary wire (approx. 492 feet), covering roughly one-third of an acre. Additional 150 m or 300 m rolls are available for larger areas.
What dog sizes is the system suitable for?
Designed for dogs weighing between 5 kg and 70 kg (11 to 154 lbs).
Is the collar waterproof?
Yes. The collar has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes.
What is the collar’s activation range from the wire?
The receiver collar activates when your dog is within 1.5 to 2 metres (4.9 to 6.6 feet) of the boundary wire.
Can the system operate in freezing temperatures?
Yes. The system functions between –20°C to +60°C (–4°F to 140°F). Note that cold weather may reduce collar battery life.
Does the boundary wire need to be buried?
No. You can install the wire in several ways:
• Above ground: Run it through a conduit such as a garden hose or poly pipe.
• Mounted: Fix it to a fence (avoid metal fences).
• Underground: If preferred, bury the wire 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) below ground.
The collar works with the remote but not with the fence. What should I check?
• Ensure the metal prongs are firmly attached.
• Reset the collar battery by disconnecting and reconnecting the internal battery wire.
• If the issue persists, internal IC damage from repeated drops may be the cause. Contact customer support.
The collar isn’t working with the remote. What should I do?
• Ensure the collar is in dual mode (remote + fence), indicated by one green LED flash every 5 seconds.
• If it's in fence-only mode (flashing twice), hold the power button until the LED returns to single flashes.
• Refer to your user manual to re-pair the collar with the remote.
Why is my dog receiving corrections inside the safe area?
• Loop too small: Layouts under 80 m may require a resistor to stabilise the signal.
• Interference: Keep the wire at least 3 m from underground or overhead electrical lines.
• Sharp corners: Use rounded corners (1 m radius) to avoid erratic signal behaviour.
Why does the system only work in certain areas?
• Always use matching wire thickness and type for extensions.
• Avoid placing the wire near metal fences, sheds, or structures; maintain a 3 m distance.
Why is the transmitter box not powering on?
• No green LED on plug: The power adaptor may be faulty—replace the adaptor.
• Green LED on but system not functioning: The transmitter box may be damaged by a power surge or lightning.
Where should I place the transmitter box?
• Indoors or in a sheltered area (use a waterproof enclosure if installed outdoors).
• Keep at least 3 m from electrical appliances (e.g. fridges, air conditioners).
• If installing on a metal shed, insulate with a 10 cm wooden spacer.
What’s the difference between the Deluxe and Standard systems?
Deluxe System
Correction Levels: 3 automatic progressive levels
Collar Waterproofing: IPX7 (fully waterproof)
Wire Type: Heavy-duty
Coverage Area: Up to 10 acres
Additional Features: Dual-mode (fence + remote trainer)
Standard System
Correction Levels: 4 manually controlled levels
Collar Waterproofing: IPX4 (water-resistant)
Wire Type: Robust standard wire
Coverage Area: Up to 10 acres
Additional Features: Fence mode only
How do I perform a short loop test?
1. Disconnect the boundary wire from the transmitter box.
2. Attach a 20–30 m (66–98 ft) loop of spare wire.
3. Set the transmitter to Level 5.
4. Use the included test bulb to check the collar near the wire – it should light up if the system is working.
Why does the collar only respond when directly above the wire?
• The transmitter setting may be too high or low for your layout. Adjust accordingly.
• Check that the collar’s prongs are facing upwards towards the wire.
• Test the collar at dog height (20–50 cm) above ground level.
Why is the transmitter box constantly beeping?
• A wire break may have occurred. Disconnect and test with a short loop.
• Check for loose wire connections at the terminal.
• If beeping continues, the transmitter may be damaged from electrical issues.
How far apart should I place the training flags?
Install training flags 1 metre apart along the boundary zone to visually mark the safe area during training.
