1. Charge both the remote and the receiver collar fully.
2. Turn on the remote by pressing any button. The screen should light up.
3. Turn on the collar by holding the on/off sensor for 3 seconds until the LED flashes blue.
4. On the remote, select a channel by pressing the "CH" button.
5. Tap the collar’s on/off sensor three times (once per second). The LED will flash red.
6. Press the vibrate button on the remote. The collar will beep twice once successfully paired.

How do I turn the remote and collar on?
• Remote: The remote enters standby when not in use. Press any button to wake it.
• Collar: Press and hold the on/off button (marked by the LED) for approximately 3 seconds to power on or off.
The collar is flashing red three times, buzzing, then flashing blue once. What does this mean?
This pattern signals a malfunction. To reset the collar:
1. Plug the collar into the USB charger – it will power off automatically while charging.
2. Once fully charged, unplug it and turn the collar back on to reset the internal program.
The collar is filled with citronella, but it’s not spraying. What should I check?
If the spray isn’t working, consider the following:
• Blocked nozzle: Clean out any dog hair or dust with a gentle air duster.
• Incorrect refill method: Hold the spray can upright and press down firmly over the collar nozzle—once for 5 seconds, then again for 10 seconds.
• Incorrect fit: Ensure the collar nozzle is angled upwards towards your dog’s nose for proper delivery.
Always switch off the collar before refilling.
Why won’t the collar turn on after charging?
If the LED flashes blue during charging, the battery is full. To turn the collar on:
• Hold your finger on the on/off sensor for 2–3 seconds.
• Avoid using a finger that is overly wet or dry, as this may affect sensor responsiveness.
What does a flashing pink light on the collar indicate?
This shows that the collar is currently paired with Channel 3.
To reassign it to Channel 1:
1. Set the remote to Channel 1.
