I have had the treadmill for about 2 months. Our pup loves to get on there and walk along. For about 20 minutes every couple of days. The machine is as smooth as I had hoped. It is easy to stand against the wall in the laundry. The remote is very simple to use and I have complete control while she is on there. My 4 year old grandaughter spends as much time on it as the dog does. I am struggling to exercise a border collie as much as she needs so it is a lifesaver.

So far so good. Unbelievable amount of wind power and easily adjustable settings. Dries our groodle 20 times better than a standard hair dryer. Hopefully he learns to enjoy it

Very disappointed in the product. Not sure if we just got a malfunctioned product by fluke but it keeps glitching out & has made our dog terrified of walking anywhere on our yard since it randomly will set off on her and won’t stop shocking until we take it off. We have watched YouTube videos, re read all instructions…etc and we can not trust it.
I had trouble with my dogs electric fence collar not working properly.
I contacted Customer Service to explain the issue, they worked through what system I had, in no time they sorted what I did wrong.
Customer Service were very professional and helpful, I would recommend them to anyone for prompt after sales service.
I purchased a collar from another company that did not provide an adequate stimulation to keep our dog contained. The Pet Control HQ collar has a good range for setting the warning and stimulation zone and the stimulation is keeping our dog in the yard. While she did get out once where she used to get out with previous collars, the remote allowed the collar stimulation outside of the property so she knows it is not a good idea to get out! So far, so good.
