While this product did not work for my personal situation (back yard size and fence type), Pet Control HQ was great to work with. They responded to my query within a timely manner and were honest from the beginning that their product wouldn't work for my family offering a full refund. I could not fault their customer service and appreciate the timely, honest feedback. A great company to buy from and work with!
