Replacement Transmitter Box for Deluxe Electric Dog Fence Kit
Maximize your pet's safety with our Transmitter Box for your deluxe electric dog fence. This device delivers reliable signals across your boundary wire, creating an effective, invisible barrier to keep your dog safely contained within the designated area giving you peace of mind.
- Create your Boundary: Through the boundary wire, a radio signal is transmitted by the transmitter box. This creates the invisible boundary that keeps your dog within a defined zone.
- Adjustable Range: Depending on the size of the boundary layout and the needs of your dog, you can adjust the range of the signal.
- Warning and Correction Signals: When your dog approaches the boundary, the transmitter sends a signal to the dog's collar, triggering a warning beep or vibration. If the dog continues towards the boundary, the collar delivers a mild static correction.
- Wire Break Alert: The intrinsic wire disruption alert informs you in the event of a fracture in the perimeter wire. This helps you maintain the integrity of your electric fence system.
- Control Multiple Collars: Our transmitting unit has the capability to oversee numerous receiver collars, empowering you to instruct and confine multiple dogs using a singular system.

Deluxe Electric Dog Fence with and without Remote FAQs
What are the dimensions and weight of the receiver collar?
• Size: 7 x 4 x 3 cm (2.75 x 1.57 x 1.18 inches)
• Weight: 190 g (6.7 oz)
What neck sizes does the collar strap fit?
The adjustable collar strap fits dogs with neck sizes from 21 cm to 68 cm (8.27 to 26.77 inches).
How much wire comes with the kit?
Each system includes 150 metres of boundary wire (approx. 492 feet), covering roughly one-third of an acre. Additional 150 m or 300 m rolls are available for larger areas.
What dog sizes is the system suitable for?
Designed for dogs weighing between 5 kg and 70 kg (11 to 154 lbs).
Is the collar waterproof?
Yes. The collar has an IPX7 waterproof rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 1 metre of water for 30 minutes.
What is the collar’s activation range from the wire?
The receiver collar activates when your dog is within 1.5 to 2 metres (4.9 to 6.6 feet) of the boundary wire.
Can the system operate in freezing temperatures?
Yes. The system functions between –20°C to +60°C (–4°F to 140°F). Note that cold weather may reduce collar battery life.
Does the boundary wire need to be buried?
No. You can install the wire in several ways:
• Above ground: Run it through a conduit such as a garden hose or poly pipe.
• Mounted: Fix it to a fence (avoid metal fences).
• Underground: If preferred, bury the wire 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) below ground.
The collar works with the remote but not with the fence. What should I check?
• Ensure the metal prongs are firmly attached.
• Reset the collar battery by disconnecting and reconnecting the internal battery wire.
• If the issue persists, internal IC damage from repeated drops may be the cause. Contact customer support.
The collar isn’t working with the remote. What should I do?
• Ensure the collar is in dual mode (remote + fence), indicated by one green LED flash every 5 seconds.
• If it's in fence-only mode (flashing twice), hold the power button until the LED returns to single flashes.
• Refer to your user manual to re-pair the collar with the remote.
Why is my dog receiving corrections inside the safe area?
• Loop too small: Layouts under 80 m may require a resistor to stabilise the signal.
• Interference: Keep the wire at least 3 m from underground or overhead electrical lines.
• Sharp corners: Use rounded corners (1 m radius) to avoid erratic signal behaviour.
Why does the system only work in certain areas?
• Always use matching wire thickness and type for extensions.
• Avoid placing the wire near metal fences, sheds, or structures; maintain a 3 m distance.
Why is the transmitter box not powering on?
• No green LED on plug: The power adaptor may be faulty—replace the adaptor.
• Green LED on but system not functioning: The transmitter box may be damaged by a power surge or lightning.
Where should I place the transmitter box?
• Indoors or in a sheltered area (use a waterproof enclosure if installed outdoors).
• Keep at least 3 m from electrical appliances (e.g. fridges, air conditioners).
• If installing on a metal shed, insulate with a 10 cm wooden spacer.
What’s the difference between the Deluxe and Standard systems?
Deluxe System
Correction Levels: 3 automatic progressive levels
Collar Waterproofing: IPX7 (fully waterproof)
Wire Type: Heavy-duty
Coverage Area: Up to 10 acres
Additional Features: Dual-mode (fence + remote trainer)
Standard System
Correction Levels: 4 manually controlled levels
Collar Waterproofing: IPX4 (water-resistant)
Wire Type: Robust standard wire
Coverage Area: Up to 10 acres
Additional Features: Fence mode only
How do I perform a short loop test?
1. Disconnect the boundary wire from the transmitter box.
2. Attach a 20–30 m (66–98 ft) loop of spare wire.
3. Set the transmitter to Level 5.
4. Use the included test bulb to check the collar near the wire – it should light up if the system is working.
Why does the collar only respond when directly above the wire?
• The transmitter setting may be too high or low for your layout. Adjust accordingly.
• Check that the collar’s prongs are facing upwards towards the wire.
• Test the collar at dog height (20–50 cm) above ground level.
Why is the transmitter box constantly beeping?
• A wire break may have occurred. Disconnect and test with a short loop.
• Check for loose wire connections at the terminal.
• If beeping continues, the transmitter may be damaged from electrical issues.
How far apart should I place the training flags?
Install training flags 1 metre apart along the boundary zone to visually mark the safe area during training.
