The customer service was amazing. I ordered the fence and they didn’t have it in stock so they upgraded me to the one that I wanted but couldn’t afford for free. I’ve ow ordered another fence. Because it’s the best thing I’ve ever got to keep the chickens in the backyard.
My husband used the shears on both a dorper cross and a merino whether. He said they performed really well and easy to use. We have 4 pet sheep and these shears didn’t startle them at all and the merino didn’t protest or act scared in anyway. So definitely recommend them as low noise and low vibration. We r in our mid 60’s and the shears were easy to use. Highly recommend the shears and HQ company.
Will definitely purchase from them again
This system is super easy to use and wow its fantastic no more launching at the fences. Its so pieceful. Now as soon as the collars go on the dogs know.
The ultrasonic dog descaler is very effective. It only makes a small buzz when touching the teeth so it did not immediately frighten my pet. It has taken a number of short sessions to do a good descale, and the result is great. It took quite a lot of patience and maybe not suitable for every dog, especially if they are mouth shy.
I wanted something natural that helped repel fleas and ticks and the Neem Oil soap is excellent. No nasties in it, no fleas or ticks on our dog and also no skin irritation. I would highly recommend this for all dogs.
Purchased a double collar fence system. However the collars would not charge. Pet HQ replaced them straight away and were very lovely to deal with.
Fabulous company and wonderful product. Would highly recommend.
Works well and was easy to extend with the attachments provided in the deluxe kit. Now the full property is covered along with some extra incase I need extra coverage.
Neem for the win, no fleas on our kelpie . Thank you Pet Control HQ . Here he is after a wash, post ocean swim .
Staff were very helpful and and answered my questions and fulfilled my request and fixed everything for me
A good unit for the job at hand - border collie cross with quite a lot of "undercoat". The undercoat did clog the somewhat flimsy steel height guide which had to be cleaned out regularly during the cut, but the blades were sharp, motor powerful enough to get through the hair and did a good job on the 'farm dog" to keep her cooler. She isn't too fussed about the overall look of the cut, and I probably need to practice getting the finesse cut others might expect.
