Warranty
All warranties are the manufacturers’ warranties unless otherwise stated in the individual listings. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
In the unlikely event your product develops a fault under warranty we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement part being sent to them.
Our customer service team is committed to resolving any warranty issues. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us via email at hello@petcontrolhq.com.au within seven (7) business days so that we can resolve the issue promptly for you.
Payment
Once your sales transaction has been completed and your payment clears, we will process your order. Please be sure to check all information provided in the listing to understand the totality of costs* along with product specifications and the delivery and warranty information.
*All of our product prices include GST.
Product Representations
All pictures displayed in our auctions are for illustration purposes only and should be used as a guide. All descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge as supplied by the manufacturer. While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional.
Pet Control HQ shall not be held liable for any accidental, consequential, incidental or indirect damages of any kind (including without limitation, damages for loss of business, etc.) arising out of the use or of the inability to use items supplied by us.
All Sales Final
Please remember this is an online store and not a retail outlet. You will get great prices and great service for a quality product but we do not provide refunds or offer credit for goods bought after 30 days that you wish to return simply because you have changed your mind. All sales are final unless the product is deemed to be damaged or defective.

Shipping & Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide via the checkout process is CORRECT as we will send your item(s) to that address. Be sure to double-check this carefully when processing your payment transaction. We cannot be held liable or accountable if you made a mistake or if you do not inform us of any address changes.
A contact phone number and an email address is required by our shipping provider.
We deem our postage costs to be fair and reasonable. Our postage costs include shipping and handling, and any packing materials used including envelopes, bags and bubble wrap. Your items will be dispatched during business hours from Monday to Friday between 9:00am to 5:30pm. Unfortunately, NO PICKUP is available.
The items purchased remain the property of Pet Control HQ until FULL payment has been received. Once full payment has been received and cleared, your items will be shipped to you. We will notify you by email as soon as your goods have been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
We understand how important it is to you to receive your item(s) promptly and in good condition. We will ship all items purchased within 24 business-day hours after your funds have cleared. In most cases you will receive your goods quickly but please allow up to 10 working days for them to arrive. Once in transit the actual delivery time is subject to Australia Post performance.
If you have not received your item after 7 working days, please contact us immediately so we can track your item and secure its location. It is expected most items will be received within 7 working days, excluding rural regions and overseas shipping.
Transit Insurance is Your Responsibility
Transit insurance is available at an extra charge upon checkout. If you choose not to take out transit insurance, Pet Control HQ cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items once they have been shipped and in the possession of Australia Post. This includes any damage during transit and delivery. All packages that leave our warehouse are in a new undamaged condition.
